| Laser Powder Bed Fusion - (SLS, SLM, DMP)
Laser Powder Bed Fusion - may be used with several different material compositions – aluminum, titanium, iron, nickel, cobalt, copper-based alloys, and their composites. Laser technology involving melting of layer by layer of metal powder, fusing the tiny metal particles.

| Fused Filament Deposition - (FFF, FDM)
Fused Filament Deposition - uses filament extruded through a nozzle, a filament infused with metal powder composition, then turns into metal that may have relatively high porosity with up to 97% metal consistency. This process may require post-processing.

| Metal Binder Jetting
Metal Binder Jetting - a binder jet printer distributes a layer of metal powder and then uses a jetting head to deposit a binding polymer to create the geometry. This process require post-processing.
| Cold Spray
Cold Spray - a manufacturing process of spraying metal powders at supersonic speeds to bond them, melting is not required. It is often used as a coating process or repairs and restoration of metal components, but more increasingly manufacture metal replacement parts.

| Powder & Wire Direct Energy Deposition - (DED)
Powder & Wire Direct Energy Deposition - a manufacturing process that fuse materials by melting them as they’re being deposited. It’s a complex manufacturing process that’s often used for repair and maintenance. Several technics fall under this manufactoring process, including directed light fabrication (DLF), direct metal deposition (DMD), laser engineered net shaping (LENS).
